First movie directed by Kevin Connor and one of the last Amicus production issued right after “Tales from the Crypt” and “Vault of horror” a bit looking like Stephen King’s Bazaar before time starring Peter Cushing perfect in his role even if Donald Pleasance as Jim Underwood in what we can consider the best episode is probably the real star of this joint. Actually not just an horror movie but a real parable about human greed and his consequences. Totally cult in its 70’s british old style.
