Post-Terminator sci-fi of rare listlessness and paucity that perhaps wouldn’t even be worth watching if it weren’t for the feeling it arouses-that of actually watching a dystopian film ; at any rate, the protagonist’s strip dance is Oscar-worthy and even the make-up of the villains is anything but carnivalesque. It ended up in the round of films distributed by Troma . Is it going to be an accident ?!
