Five friends on their way to a provincial resort to celebrate “Thanksgiving” get stranded in the middle of the road due to a breakdown, and one of them tells the story of a shaman disgraced in the 17th century by a pilgrimess who in revenge used necromancy to curse turkeys……

Shot with just $3,500 an apparent horror-cretin-movie , despite the doses of gore, that quotes “Texas chainsaw massacre” and “Evil dead” ( hilarious scene about the turkey book) and still takes aim at one of the most important religious holidays in North American tradition. It’s just too bad that today’s Z-series is too glossy and that the haunted turkeys cost precisely $3,000 in special effects. With a sequel titled “Thankskilling 3,” which according to legend cost $112,248 obtained through the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter. …
